Well, aside from the fact that our delicious pizza is the perfect solution for dinner for families all across the nation - we do it because we can. Either way, I can't believe I fell for it again. I got my box, but damn, another really disappointing experience.ĭomino's has really gone downhill, or this branch has. I tell him what I ordered and he starts opening up pizza boxes and getting real close with his face to verify toppings - likely breathing on the food. I hand it back to him, he goes to his car, then hands me yet another's order. When he gets here, he hands me a stack of someone else's order. The order tracker says it's been "quality checking" for over 30 minutes. I tried calling the place, but no answer, followed by a disconnect tone. Except now it's Sunday night and we're going on an hour and a half again. The pizza itself was room temp at this point. It probably just sat bare on his dirty seats. Which reminds me, it wasn't in an insulated bag. The cheese and pepper packets had finger prints on them, and the thick wad of them were jammed into the crease of the box, which wedged it open, exposing the pizza to cooler air and whatever else wanted to float in. A disheveled delivery driver bumbled his way to the door, uncrumpling the receipt from his pockets to verify the name. I called and all they had to say was they're running late. I tried ordering 45 minutes before my lunch break on a Thursday, didn't get it until 30 minutes after my break ended. Don't waste your money here, you work too hard for it. Look for local pizza businesses that have good ratings. Plan for double or triple the promised delivery time.
